About Me:
Hola, I am happy you are here. Whether this is your first time beginning your therapy journey or you are returning, I am truly glad you are here. I hope you feel proud of yourself for taking this meaningful step. I am here to walk alongside you throughout your healing journey—you are not alone.
My goal is to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, intentional, empowering, liberating, and revolutionary. I approach therapy by fostering an environment where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. Together, we can explore how past and present experiences may have shaped your inner and outer worlds, with a focus on you as a whole and dynamic being. While we did not choose the soil we were born into, we can choose the garden we will cultivate.
My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I hold a deep commitment to working with adults and adolescents from immigrant, queer, and BIPOC folks.
