I work with children ages 5 and older, adolescents, and adults, providing individualized, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. My clinical experience includes conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams to support lasting recovery. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing serious mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.
My areas of specialty include:

Schizoaffective Disorder
Schizophrenia
Bipolar Disorder
Depression
Anxiety

ADHD

I also have experience supporting individuals through life transitions, behavioral concerns, crisis stabilization, and recovery-focused treatment. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and strength-based, incorporating evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients build healthy coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and achieve meaningful personal growth.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences and working toward positive, lasting change. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and wellness.
