About Me:

I have 20+ years of experience in Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder training and I feel very passionate and committed to what I do. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Purdue University and a Master’s in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. I am originally from Indiana, now living in OHIO. With my vast range of experience, I have the ability to support one’s well being with kindness, empowerment and education/skills building.

My inspiration comes from the clients I meet, having such strength and perseverance. Through collaborative efforts and evidenced based practice, I am able to build strong relationships that is individualized for hope and change. My mission is for them to see their highest potential as I do. I work hard to create a safe environment to foster change meeting my clients where they are at in life. I feel strongly that no one has to do this alone. I go at your pace. No judgement.

My goal in life is to help others and to guide my clients to be the best they want to be. I have always told my clients “we are in this together.”
