About Me:

As a Spanish-speaking therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and empowered. I believe therapy should be accessible and meaningful for everyone, especially within the Hispanic community, where mental health conversations are often overlooked or stigmatized. A large part of my work focuses on helping and psychoeducating Hispanic individuals and families by providing support, increasing mental health awareness, and encouraging emotional wellness in a way that feels relatable and culturally affirming.

I have experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered, with an emphasis on helping individuals better understand themselves while building healthier coping skills and emotional resilience.
I understand the importance of feeling comfortable and represented in therapy, especially for Spanish-speaking clients seeking a therapist who understands cultural values, family dynamics, and the unique experiences many individuals in the Hispanic community face. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their experiences, feel supported in their healing journey, and develop the confidence and tools needed to move forward with clarity and self-compassion.
