24/7 DCT is a tele-therapy platform. We are here to raise mental health awareness and provide affordable solutions for anyone in need. 24/7 DCT services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

After you sign up, you will have access to view therapist profiles and schedule appointments directly with any therapists of your liking.

Licensed, qualified, experienced, and accredited psychologists (PhD / PsyD), licensed marital and family therapists (LMFT), licensed clinical social workers (LCSW / LMSW), or licensed professional therapists are on the panel of 24/7 DCT (LPC). They all hold a Masters or a Doctorate degree in their profession. After successfully completing the requisite schooling, tests, training, and practice, they have been qualified and certified by their state’s professional board in the United States or certified by their regional country board. While their backgrounds, experience, and skill differ, they all have at least three years and 1,000 hours of hands-on experience.

We only bring therapists to the platform who are fully licensed and in good standing. Applicants are subjected to a background check and license verification.

If you want to enhance the level of your mental health, 24/7 DCT can be the best option for you. We might be able to assist you if something gets in the way of your happiness or keeps you from realizing your objectives. Additionally, we have therapists who focus on particular problems, like stress, anxiety, relationships, parenting, depression, addictions, eating, sleeping, trauma, rage, family conflicts, LGBT difficulties, bereavement, religion, self-esteem, and more.

We accept self-pay and insured patients. Out of pocket varies based on your insurance plan.

Self-pay patients can book an appointment immediately based on the therapist’s availability. Insured patients can book an appointment after insurance validation.

You can get therapy in four ways:

  4. Video Conference

Once you have picked your therapist, you and your therapist can communicate via email. Email will be provided to you by the therapist during your initial session.

You will sometimes want to have a text conversation with your therapist in real-time. This way you can still enjoy the convenience and privacy of messaging but also enjoy a “live” interaction that allows instant response and feedback from your therapist.

To have a live chat session, you will first need to schedule a virtual session with your therapist. At the scheduled time, log in to your account to start typing and chatting with your therapist.

Patients can choose to change therapists anytime or choose multiple therapists at once. There are no restrictions on the platform.

Yes. You can always login to your account and read all the therapist’s notes to you. This may help you in reflecting and remembering some of the guidance and input that you received. This is one of the main advantages of e-therapy.

This depends on your needs and varies a lot from one person to another. Some people feel they get most of the value after just a few weeks, while others prefer to stick to the program for an extended period of time. This is completely up to you.

Your membership payments will be charged to a credit card on a recurring basis. If you accomplish your goals or if you find therapy with 24/7 DCT to no longer be helpful for any reason, you can simply cancel the subscription.

Yes, for self-patients can submit the receipt to FSA/HSA for reimbursement. We accept insured patients varied by state. Coverage and benefits for traditional therapy and therapy services change from one health insurance company to another and from plan to plan.

We are aware that events occur. You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance by logging into your Profile Here.
