About Me:

Brittany Border is a Licensed Social Worker who provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of stressful or overwhelming experiences. As a military veteran, Brittany brings a deep understanding of resilience, transition, identity shifts, and the unique challenges that can follow high-stress life experiences. She is especially committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing process.

Brittany uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach and integrates evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to help clients build practical coping skills and meaningful change. She views therapy as a collaborative partnership and works closely with each client to develop goals that reflect their strengths, values, and priorities.

In addition to her clinical training, Brittany has experience supporting survivors of interpersonal trauma through her work as a trauma recovery coach, where she helped clients rebuild confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and move from survival mode toward stability and personal growth. She has worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, adjustment challenges, and mood-related difficulties, and she is particularly passionate about helping clients rediscover clarity, direction, and a stronger sense of self after difficult life experiences.

Brittany is currently working toward independent clinical licensure and remains committed to ongoing professional development so she can continue providing thoughtful, high-quality care to the individuals and families she serves.
